The Tennis Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, development and daily management of the tennis programme. This position combines high-level tennis expertise, coaching staff management, player development, customer service and commercial responsibility.
The successful candidate will develop and manage tennis programmes for juniors, adults, recreational players and competitive athletes while establishing clear player-development pathways from beginner to high-performance level.
The Tennis Director will also oversee private lessons, group sessions, team training, tennis camps, clinics and special events, ensuring that all programmes meet the club or academy’s professional coaching and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Tennis Programme Management
● Develop and manage the club’s overall tennis programme.
● Create programmes for beginners, recreational players, juniors, adults and competitive players.
● Establish clear player-development pathways from beginner to high-performance level.
● Design annual, seasonal, monthly and weekly training schedules.
● Ensure that all programmes follow the club’s coaching philosophy and quality standards.
● Monitor participation levels and adjust programmes according to demand.
● Organise private lessons, group sessions, team training, camps, clinics and special events.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: €6,000–€8,000 per month
